scopemy.city is a citizen observatory for Switzerland, piloted in Geneva since April 2026. Residents report public-space issues via WhatsApp or the web, and anyone can follow publicly how they are handled. For municipalities and organisations, we offer a white-label platform by subscription.
The system in a nutshell
scopemy.city is a web and WhatsApp platform for reporting an issue (roads, lighting, mobility, public services…) in a few minutes, with no app to install. Each report is reviewed by a moderation team, geolocated, categorised and then published on a public observatory.
Today, the moderation team has a dashboard with a map, filters by category and status, and a monthly report. The portal for municipal services (work queue, data export, response-time tracking) is under development and will be part of the platform offer.
The service is developed and operated by Help4Housing Sàrl. Your municipality has nothing to install.

What authorities see
The dashboard shows each report on a map, with filters by category, status and priority. The team updates the status and publishes an official reply, which the reporter receives on WhatsApp. Data export, the service work queue and response-time tracking are planned in the platform offer, under development.
